In a world where perception often shapes reality, the spotlight often falls on beauty and glamour in the realm of pageantry.

However, beneath the surface, lies a profound truth: pageants are not just about outer appearances, but about the remarkable women who use their platforms to empower and uplift others.

International pageant coach and attorney Mikell Reed Carroll represents the essence of empowerment. She owns a full service pageant coaching and consulting firm, Carroll Crown Consulting, to help women become their personal best on and off the stage.

What initially began as a financial solution to fund her education transformed into a source of empowerment for Carroll, ultimately leading her to win multiple pageant titles, including the coveted International Ms. USA 2020 crown in August 2019.

Caroll has been involved in pageantry for over 25 years. At the age of 41, Carroll made the choice to re-enter the pageant arena shortly after welcoming two children. Caroll’s pageant prize package included money, which she donated to Refugee Aid Serbia, a non-profit organization in Belgrade. This organization conducts educational and recreational workshops, aiming to make a positive impact.

“I get involved in community service, it helps me stay in shape, and motivates me to be the best me I can be,” Carroll told The Times Record. “I feel pageants are extremely empowering.”

As a pageant coach, Mikell helps other women see the beauty inside of them. She’s coached women competing in many pageant systems, including Miss Universe 2020, International Ms. Pageant 2021, Miss Maine USA, and American Miss Pageant.

Elizabeth J. Cron, winner of the International Ms. 2022 pageant, expressed, “I am so grateful for my coaching time with Mikell!!! We all know how many things there are to work on when preparing for a pageant. Mikell helped me address all of the elements I needed to focus on — making sure my mind was presentable and my wardrobe was on point. Her guidance was a critical part of my ability to capture the International Ms. 2022 title.”

One thing that makes Mikell Reed Carroll stand out as a pageant coach is her background as an attorney.

Mikell Reed Carroll’s legal prowess isn’t just a credential – it’s a game-changer in the world of pageant coaching. As a lawyer turned coach, Mikell brings a strategic edge that’s like no other.

Just like the courtroom demands meticulous attention to detail and compelling communication, so does the dazzling world of pageantry. With Mikell’s guidance, clients are armed with a strategic mindset that’s second to none. She helps women confidently navigate the diverse facets of pageantry, ensuring they shine and make an indelible impact.

Think about it: the same analytical precision and compelling communication that thrive in the legal realm become the secret ingredients to mastering the pageant stage.

Like crafting a persuasive legal argument, Mikell empowers her clients to artfully present their true selves, advocate their causes, and leave the pageant system better than they found it.

Mikell’s legal finesse isn’t just an asset – it’s a powerhouse tool that propels her clients towards triumph. As they say, it’s not just about competing; it’s about confidently showing the world who you are and how you can make it better than you found it. And that’s exactly what Mikell Reed Carroll’s legal touch brings to the stage – a winning edge like no other.
